Maintenance mehod:

1, working temperature between shall – 10 ℃, 50 ℃, relative humidity shall remain within 85% with no corrosive gas, no dust, and do not working under circumstance of explosive potential.

  1. Make sure the vacuum pump works normally, prevent vacuum pump motor from rotating reversely. The normal oil level shall between 1/2 and 3/4 of the oil window. When oil color turned black, replaced oil immediately (generally, it should be replaced for one or two months with gasoline and oil).
  2. The filter must be disassembled and cleaned frequently (usually once a month or two).
  3. Open back cover after 2-3 months working to lubricate the sliding parts and switches, and the connector if necessary.
  4. Check the decompressor, filter and oil mist joint regularly to ensure there is no water in the filter cup.
  5. The heater strip and silica gel strip shall be kept clean avoid being stuck with foreign matters, so as to assure the sealing quality.
  6. On the heating rod, the double-layer adhesive under the heating plate acts as insulator, and should be replaced in time to avoid short circuit.
  7. The working pressure of the vacuum packaging machine has been set at 0.3MPa, which is more appropriate.
  8. The vacuum packaging machine shall not be allowed to tilt and bump, let alone turning over during transportation.
  9. Connect grounding device when installed.
  10. Do not put your hand under the heating rod in case of injury. In case of emergency, cut off the power supply immediately.
  11. Ventilate before working. Before shut down, cut off the gas supply.
